We sometimes get asked “When do people use your instruments?”
Its not a silly question, every case is different. Government and educational facilities use them exclusively, although they save money the real value is placed on risk reduction and efficiency. In private practice the value comes from cost saving convenience; Saturday morning appointments, back-up for autoclave breakdowns, delays in instruments returning from re-processing and mobile and off-site dentistry.
